Legado means “legacy” in Spanish. It reflects our heritage, our values, and our commitment to protect what has been built, while charting the next chapter of growth. We invest with discipline, operate with transparency and measure success by sustainable performance, not financial engineering.
Our experience spans private equity, investment banking, and hands-on company building. This dual perspective – financial discipline with operational depth – enables us to create enduring value for all stakeholders.
We are two long-standing friends, partners and co-founders with young families focused on building our own legacy by preserving and expanding on the legacies entrusted to us.

We take an active role and can help facilitate ownership transitions, including the succession of retiring founders, and work alongside management to align on vision, strategy, and execution.
